What is the return policy?

Because our products are considered food and cosmetics we are unable to offer returns as orders are final sale.

How long does it take to pack and process orders?

Generally, we ship orders on the same or next business day depending on the time the order was received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

My package is delayed / the tracking has not updated.

At certain times, some orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We ask for patience during these situations. You will be contacted if an issue occurs with your order.
